Terms of Service

Last updated September 17, 2026

These terms apply to orders placed at dtfedge.com. Plain English, no surprises. If anything here is unclear, email orders@dtfedge.com before you order and we will explain it.

1. Artwork rights and ownership

You keep ownership of the artwork you send us. We print it for you, we do not claim any rights to it, and we do not sell, share or reuse it.

In return, when you place an order you confirm that you own the artwork or otherwise have the right to have it printed. That includes any logos, brand names, characters, photographs, fonts or other material inside your file that belongs to someone else.

We are a printer, not a rights holder, and we have no way to verify permission for the artwork we receive. So responsibility for that permission rests with you, and if a rights holder brings a claim against us over artwork you supplied, you agree to cover the cost of dealing with it.

Third-party logos are a common question. Printing a brand's logo generally needs that brand's permission, and "it is only for personal use" is not by itself permission. If you are unsure whether you have the rights, check before ordering.

2. Artwork we will not print

We reserve the right to decline any artwork, and we will refund an order in full if we do. In particular we will not print:

  • Artwork you do not have the rights to, once that becomes apparent
  • Counterfeit branding, or anything designed to pass as another company's product
  • Currency, government identification, or anything intended to deceive
  • Sexually explicit material involving minors, or content promoting violence against people

If we decline an order, we will tell you why and refund you. We would rather have that conversation before you pay, so ask us first if you are unsure.

3. Files and print quality

We print what you send. Our builder flags low-resolution images and artwork without a transparent background, but those are warnings, not corrections, and the final file is yours to approve. Anything opaque in your file, including a white background, prints as solid ink.

Colour on fabric will not match a backlit screen exactly. If exact colour matters, order a small sheet first and check it on your blanks before committing to a large run. See the file prep guide for detail.

4. Orders, payment and shipping

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Orders over $75 ship free; below that, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Because every sheet is printed to your artwork, production starts quickly and an order cannot normally be changed or cancelled once printing has begun. If you need to change something, email us straight away with your order number and we will do what we can.

5. Our guarantee

If an order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective because of an error on our end, send us the order number and photos and we will reprint it or refund it, no hassle. We cannot refund design mistakes in artwork you uploaded, or blanks pressed incorrectly on your end. Pressing settings vary by machine, fabric and film, so always test on a scrap piece first, as set out in our pressing guide.

6. Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not responsible for knock-on costs such as blanks you pressed, time spent, or business lost. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away.
